We have done sale agreement regristration for 3 persons from vendors in bangalore urban, bbmp limit ,agricultural land upon agreed payment done legally. the land is under dispute we want to fight the case in the court vendors have again done sale agreement to other person also after our sale agreement without our knowledge due a middleman confusing the vendors and to rule us out. we want to fight the case as property which is under dispute right from the start on behalf of vendors as they are aged persons one among us want a single person to solve this matter through court, all the vendors ae in favour of with us. 1. how to get complete legal rights over a property ? 2. what is the procedure to have a single right to appoint a single person to have all the rights to sell the property without vendor coming forward ? 3. 2. There is no such provision in law called single right.
