1. Typically & Legally there is no restriction or legal offence to park vehicle in lane PROVIDED it does not obstruct or restrict any passage way of any vehicle which includes Fire Brigade vehicles /Ambulances /other emergency needs.

2. However, since it is a issue of neighbors relationship, it would be prudent to discuss & amicable settle with the neighbor to avoid any futuristic disputes or animosity.

Since you are parking the car in the service road and not on the neighbor's property,  you need not have to answer the neighbor's objection.

Make sure you don't hinder his passage to his home and outside.

No, neighbor can use the path or way for daily routine. And he has rights as per the easement act.

Absolutely perfect, as long as you are casing no obstruction to them and they/their vehicle are allowed smooth ingress and egress.

In public area parking f not prohibitted by Municipality pr Police is legal.

Dear Sir/Madam,

It is suggested to avoid the same as far as possible but if the same is inevitable; you may park your vehicle keeping the harmonious relations with them.

Yes, it is okay to park your car, subject to not causing / obstructing ingress / egress of occupants.  It is not permitted if you have parking lot and not using it.

Better maintain cordial relationship with the said neighbour, request their permission to park you car to avoid any complication.

- A service land is considered as a common area for all the house owners , and none having right to use the same for his personal use permanently.

- Further , as the said common line is also not legally purchased by the neighbour , then he has also not right to refuse someone for parking his car there, if his door or gate is not causing any hindrance from the same.
