Can I contest that a contract is unfair after signing it
The house owner was a very old man. So I didn't think much before signing the agreement. Now when I read the agreement properly, it has given adjust advantage to the owner. Can I do anything about it? Can I go to consumer forum for this?

it says i need to pay 3 month's rent if i vacate before 6 months since signing the contract and 2 month's rent if i find a replacement for me. i tried convincing him but he is not listening.

you are bound by terms of the contract . always read agreement before signing it .
