If you don't want that towers should lie in your vicinity, you are suggested to file injunction suit in the district court of your area for directions to the concerned companies to remove the towers. You are suggested to put forth all harms and damages occurring to locality due to such towers.

You can raise the issue before the society in a society meeting and a complaint can be made to TRAI there are norms and guidelines for establishing mobile towers.

At this stage raising a complaint will be enough if same is not addressed then you can go before court for redressal of your issue.
