A lease was executed. in 2004 with dena
 bank. for ten years, so expired in 2014.
For vasana, branch,ahmedabad, gujarat. extention of 5 years with
25% .increase. so expired on, octomber 2019.while a merger took place with bank of baroda.i ask bank of baroda to vacet premises..pl guide me..

See if the lease is already expired serve them a legal notice to vacate the premises as the lease is expired giving them notice period to remove there belongings from the premises.

If on notice they fail a suit has to be filed to evict them from premises and take possession.

Immediately issue notice to vacate and hand over the premises to the Bank in line with the T & C of the Lease Deed.

  2. I would like to apprise you that as now the merger is going to be effective or may have already in your case, you need to first look for the parent bank amongst the banks merged with your primary lessee bank.
  3. Then apply to that bank by making a copy to the original bank within the same notice or representation.
