Issue legal notice to bank to vacate your premises as lease has expired

See if the lease is already expired serve them a legal notice to vacate the premises as the lease is expired giving them notice period to remove there belongings from the premises.
If on notice they fail a suit has to be filed to evict them from premises and take possession.
You can issue legal notice to the bank advising them to either extend the lease agreement on original or additional terms to be included in this connection.
If not, you may instruct them to vacate the premises immediately as the lease agreement period has expired.
