You would not get licence for starting escort services

2) under the Indecent Representation of Women Act, the publication of any material that represents women in a way that has the “effect of being indecent...derogatory to, or denigrating women, or is likely to deprave, corrupt or injure the public morality or morals” is prohibited and is a criminal offence.

3) Similarly, Section 67 of the IT Act criminalises the publication of material that is “lascivious or appeals to prurient interests” and is morally corrupting. If websites offering escort services display material that is prohibited under these statutes they would be in violation of the law.

1. Apply to the District Police Commissioner /SP office, for permission to start "Escort Service", by giving all relevant details, name of staff & verification etc....

2. Other statutory compliance's /formalities would need to be completed too (PF, ESIC, GST, S&E, etc.... as applicable).

Laws related to prostitution

This law states that prostitutes are allowed to ply their trade in private but they cannot carry out their business in the open. An article published in BBC states that prostitution is illegal in India. Indian laws however do not regard sex in exchange of money as prostitution.

Prostitution is legal in India. A number of related activities including soliciting in a public place, kerb crawling, owning or managing a brothel, prostitution in a hotel, child prostitution, pimping and pandering are illegal.

On 13 June, the government issued a ban on 240 internet sites offering escort services – believed to be a front for prostitution.

Sexual relation with concent however the escort service is prostituting for consideration which is prohibited. If you are happy to go for having sex which is not in the prohibited category including the decency then there is no problem.

If you have any objection to the present law, you can file a PIL challenging the law before supreme court.

First of all differentiate between the escort services and and having a relationship between a and and woman who are desirous of having the same with each other. This relationship was declared as not a crime by an order of court, hence there should not be any controversy over this.

Escort is paid service and promotes prostitution. Cannot be equivalent with relationship intimacy of whatever kind.

And for your information, married women having a relation was never an offense but for a men who had relation with married women.

And married men can haves relation with any, no offense. And this discrimination is declared unconstitutional.
