• Do I belong to OBC creamy layer or non creamy layer

My father joined as class C officer at defense accounts department and promoted to class B officer at age of 46. My mother is a house wife. 
Right now he is earning more than 8 lakhs. Will i belong to creamy layer or non creamy layer.
