It is better to take services of a Local Advocate through him you need to file an application seeking permission for taking the aforesaid documents along with an application for issuing certified copy of the same.

Upon allowing your application, you are required to pay requisite fee for the same, thereafter, your advocate will procure the same on your behalf.  It will not take more than a fortnight depending on the date of disposal of the case.

1. YES .... you or your lawyer can apply for getting certified copy of all the required relevant documentations from Lok Adalat.  There is no legal bar to it.  Your lawyer will be easily able to get the documents, by approaching the Head Clerk or Peon, who does all this very quickly, for little money.

2. The said documentations can also be obtained via a Right to Information (RTI) application.

1. Hiring an advocate for obtaining copy of the case file will be beneficial but you can also obtain copy of file directly.

2. For obtaining certified copy of documents you must have details of the case such as title of case date of Decision and Name of court from which the judgement was passed.
