I am planning to purchase a plot in my home town in salem(Dt),Tamilnadu.I have taken EC from 1987 to till date and entries in EC looks good .But I came to know that there was a dispute and one of the person filled case against this property and it has been settled in LOK ADALAT. My Question is, How can i obtain the details about this particular case from the Sub Court,? Can i appoint a lawyer and approach the sub court to get the following certified Docs. 1) Copy of petition filled by plaintiff 2) written statement of Defendant 3) Terms of settlement 4) final judgement copy ..etc 5) other docs used in this case.
