The status creamy layer or non creamy layer that you will fall into shall be decided based on your father's status alone and not on your husband's status.

If you fall under the category of creamy layer as per your father's employment/economical status/background, then you will continue to enjoy that status alone and you will not be eligible to claim any change in the category after marriage.

See Creamy layer status and non creamy layer both are based on income or post of parents not your own or your husbands income so you will not get the benefit of OBC non creamy layer.

1. Income of only your father will be considered for purpose of Non creamy layer certificate of OBC and your husband income will not be considered.

2. Your income will also be considered for NCL certificate as your income will also be included in family income of your father.

Your economic status would be determined on the basis of your husband's income. If the company is in your name then it is your income.
