You can file affidavit that both are one and same person

if you want correction in CBSE school leaving certificate you need to file writ petition in HC to direct board to correct your school leaving certificate

-  For UPPSC interview , the important required certificates are 10 th & Degree certificate , and not 12th class .

- As per CBSE rule , the limitation period for correcting name etc is only one year from the date of passing .

- Hence, it cannot be corrected without getting an order from the Court , after filing Writ Petition .

You can give an Affidavit, stating the reason as to why the change happened.

Further, in support of your Affidavit, enclose the relevant documents viz., Aadhar Card, Passport etc.

If your rest of the detail matches with your record then you have to provide affidavit in this regard that your name written in your class 12th certificate is your real name. At this stage cbse will not change your name.

You need to continue with the present name. Hope the Adhar and pan card must have been issued in this name only

No it will not affect you in the interview. If you want you may change your name through a procedure.

You can prepare a notarised affidavit stating that both the names are one and the same and you are known by both the names.

Get it published in a local newspaper, attach the copies of the affidavit and the newspaper to the certificates if at all there is any query on this in future by any authority.

You can get an affidavit on a stamp paper mentioning that both the names i.e. shubham and shubham singh belong to the same person. This will resolve your issue..

It should not. If at all they bother you, you can furnish before them an affidavit, despising Shubham and Shubham Singh are one and the same person, i.e., you.
