Further, my father (Mr. Reddy Markandeyulu) health condition is not stable and he is under medication since 1987, he can not run around govt offices to release our land from acquisition. Further to acquisition, our other portion of land became useless for agricultural purpose. Only our land (4.47 Acre) was published for Acquisition in Komaravaram village, Tanuku Mandal, West godavari district, Andhra Pradesh, no others persons land in that village published for land acquisition. We have total of 5.6 Acre agriculture land in Komaravaram out of 4.47 Acre govt published for land acquisition. In this regard requesting to kindly advise how release our agriculture land from Acquisition. Thanks & regards Venkatesh reddy S/o. Mr. Reddy Markandeyulu

No need to take round of govt. office. No relief. Better file writ in High court for relief.
Secondly, agasint acquisition due compensation is granted by govt. and rehabilitation and resettlement - allotment of land at another location.
Sir, How to file writ in High court for relief, what is the procedure and documents required to file writ? Thanks Venkatesh
Writ petition is filed in HC seeking to set aside publication of notification of acquisition of your agricultural land
Only through writ Petition in Hc you can do that. It can bro filed under article 226 of Constitution
you can file or draft a writ petition under Article 226 in the High Court and under Article 32 of the Indian Constitution .
If your father is the owner of the property, then he may file a suit for permanent injunction agaisnt the order mentioning the same as reason for his objection towrds this land acquisition notice.
If he is unable to attend the court he may give a POA deed in yor favor so that you can conduct the case on his behalf through your lawyer.
