Agar wife central government job mein nhn hai to uski dob change karwa skte hain aap. Unpar central government rules apply nahin honge.
if you have documentary evidence as to actual date of birth like birth certificate then you can apply to change date of birth of wife in service records
No time limit. You can change it with proper documentary proof.
