See you can give a legal notice for eviction and rent arrears to the bank if they fail on notice you have to file suit to evict the tenant.

You have to engage a local lawyer to file suit for eviction if bank refuses to vacate premises inspite of legal notice
See you have to.file a suit in the civil court seeking eviction and rent arrears. See you can engage an advocate to draft and present the petition.
You can file eviction suit against them and recover possession
1. You should file eviction suit against bank for vacting the premises and
2. You can also file a recovery suit to recover the rent due from bank.
How can a bank function without paying any rent!!this is ridiculous.
Send them a legal notice and an eviction notice.
File a case in the scc court.

You first issue a legal demand notice demanding the rent amount and the arrears of rent.
You can also instruct them to vacate the premises since they have willfully defaulted in rental payment.
You may consult an advocate and proceed on the advise received.
For filing eviction suit since you are not knowing the legal procedures you may contact an advocate in the local and file the eviction suit.
you should issue legal notice to evacuate the rented premises and also demand the pending rent. Later if they didn't comply the notice you have to sue in competent court.
You are required to file an Eviction Petition in the Court of the Rent Controlled in a District Court within whose jurisdiction the property is situated..
Issue notice of eviction on continuous default on payment of rent and payment of due rent with interest.
Certainly, your notice will be ignored, so than file suit of eviction + recovery of rent.
Since you have delayed a lot in filling suit, you may get only last three years rent with interest. Send notice without delay.
