What is guardianship certificate?

Are there any minor legal heirs to the deceased, then the living mother or father can be a guardian to the minor.

Or

are you referring to the succession certificate?

If it is succession certificate then you may have to apply for one through court of law based on the documentary evidences in your possession.

You may consult a local advocate and proceed on the advises rendered for this

Not guardian but legal heir certificate, certifying who are surviving members of employee. This will arrange by employee of family members.

Ask them to provide.

Hope you are talking about legal heirship certificate. If death occurred recently, you can apply to the Tahsildhar and get it. If there is time gap, you will have file suit before the Court of Law and seek proper remedy.

The legal heirs of that employee need succession certificate from Court for withdrawal.

Suit for succession certificate will be filed under Indian succession act.
