Is it approved by Indian President and has it become Law applicable-implemented for Gujarat ? If yesthe date of it's publication in Gujarat's Gezzete ? From where (I mean name of Gujarat Govt's official website ) can I get the digital-downloadable pdf copy of the same ( irrespective of whether it has got the President's approval or not )? You may get the said act on the govt website and just by google search also.
Registration (Gujarat Amendment) Act provides details regarding the method of registering documents (deed), information regarding the legal rights and obligation affecting the particulars of immovable property. According to this act, the immovable property includes land, buildings, lights and fisheries.
However the bill which has been sent for approval appears to be in the same status without receiving an assent so far.

You can make RTI Application in revenue department for obtaining copy of latest amendment of gujrat registration act of 2018.
