if you are standing for election to the managing committee you cannot propose  or second  name of any other society member

- As per the Society by Laws , no  person can hold more than one office at a time of two blocks and, therefore his eligibility will be for only one office, and hence he can contest for only one.

- Further , an elector shall be entitled to propose only one nomination paper , and no elector shall shall propose or second nomination paper for an office for which he himself is a candidate.
