she can remarry on the next day after getting Decree of Divorce.But it is better after 90 days appeal period.wife can sponsor husband or child to live in Canada. 

1) your daughter can remarry after 3 months of obtaining divorce decree if no appeal is filed by her husband 

2) as far as PR is concerned you should contact Canadian embassy in this regard

She will require proper divorce from Indian court. After divorce of the same is not apealed then after 30 days she can get married

Your daughter can remarry after 90 days of divorce, in case her husband does not prefers any appeal against the divorce decree within these 90 days. 

-  As per law, a Hindu/Sikh Couple have to wait at least for 90 days before tying knot with some other person or getting married again.

- This 90-days period for the appeal is given to both the parties from the day of decree of divorce and if there is no appeal made during this period then either of the parties become eligible to remarry after the given appeal period gets over.

- Further, in case of mutual consent divorce, there is no such limitation for remarrying after the divorce ,because in such case the question for appeal later doesn’t arise. 

- Chunke apne divorce ka case dala hai , to doosri shadi ke liye beti ko 90 din rukna hoga, divorce milne ke bad.

- Aur , doosra husband bhi spouse ke ground per visa hasil ker sakta hai , marriage ke bad. 

She can marry after the expiration of the appeal period i.e., three months of divorce decree.

However she can apply for PR sooner she is getting the divorce decree copy.
