Stake a challenge against this in the Allahabad High Court, since citing this arbitrary and discriminatory rule they are keeping you out of the merit list without any basis.

Even otherwise, there is no objective sougt to  be achieved by this rule. Take recourse to filing a writ in the High Court.

You don’t meet the eligibility requirements hence were not issued appointment letter

you have done only 2 subjects instead of 3 subjects required for your graduation

you can file writ in HC against eligibility requirements laid down by KVS

What is CSJM ?

Eligibility will decide acc. to qualification posted in advertisement. If it is for 2 subjects than KV management cannot demand 3 subjects.

If you are talking about university rules where 2 subject for graduation, you cannot claim parity with KV recruitment.

Let the authority issue a letter or even terminate your employment.

You can file a writ petition challenging the same as per provisions of law

If you were not eligible then they should not have recruited you at all, hence you can very well challenge the same properly.
