- A Transformer generate electrical and magnetic fields around them.

- Hence, there is provisions to installed the transfer far from a house or boundary wall.

- Since, you have already given your written objection to Asst. Engineer, but not get any response for replacing the same, hence now you  have no option except to approach Court .

- You should file a suit for Mandatory Injunction for the direction to remove the transfer from your boundary wall.

- You will get relief in your favour from the Court within a period of 2-3 months.

You have two options:

1. to file a mandatory injunction suit to remove the said transformer since it poses danger to the inhabitants of the house or obstructs free flow of air and violating your easement rights;

2. to file a writ petition before high court on the same grounds.

You have to file application for stay(permanent Injunction) in court against WBSEDCL to direct them for removal of transformer and install it at some place safer.
