As your new job requires the MA degree so you have to manage else it will be a big problem.
Hello sir, In the year 2014, I started my MA(Regular) and just after the completion of 1st year (2 semesters), I got selected in LIC as a Development Officer in 2015. After that while working in LIC , I also given my remaining 2 semesters exams (till 2016). For that I asked the permission from my BM in written application and he granted permission at both the time of my 3rd semester and 4th semester exam. But I did not take any copy of the application during that time . Then I resigned from LIC in 2017 March. (I took permission only to appear in exams because attending regular classes was not possible for me and in college also attendance was not compulsory ) Now this year (2019), I got selected in Public Sector Bank in a post on the basis of that MA degree. Now the question is that , will this create any kind of problem in future as I completed my MA while I was in Job? As somewhere I heard that we cannot do any regular course along with any job... I m really worried if bank comes to know about this....because at present I dont have any proof that I was allowed to appear in the examination from LIC... I also want to ask that whether my degree is valid or is there any issue with it.. (in Bank they demanded MA in regular...) (From college side everything is clear. I have got all my Mark Sheets and Degree mentioning that I was a regular student of the college...and my college was in my home town and my workplace was 250 km away from my hometown...and in LIC my job role did not mandate me to sit in the office for the whole day, just one attendance between 10 am-6 pm and that was enough)

1) your MA degree would be valid
2) you have completed your studies with permission from your employer
3)you should not face any problems on job front
The studies you have completed was by obtaining permission from the previous employer.
However there is no necessity to show that how you have completed the required qualification and if the educational certificates are found to be genuine you may not be asked about the details in this regard. As it is you cannot claim the experience of LIC employment to this new employment, hence there is nothing that you will gain by showing that you were employed previously .
Therefore it may not be considered as an act of suppression of material fact.
Yes so better don`t disclose previous employment if prior experience not require. Degree is valid and in case of dispute, court will validate it. MA is not a whole day study course.
Hope you don`t have any PF account/UID with LIC otherwise back job can be traced.
1. No it will not create any problem.
2. Don't disclose the experience of LIC in your current job.
3 And if your disclose this experience even the your job profile doesn't restrict you to go to college for attending classes.
