One of the honorary secretary of Social club has to give me a huge amount, regularly I was chasing him from his home to the club. One day I went to the club for asking my amount he refused to meet. Later I received a call from the police station that one of his staff complaint against me. Complaint type that I am creating new sense in the club. It's a completely false case against me I can prove to the inspector that I went me the secretary for my amount and big prove is CCTV's.

Now my question is that I want to teach his staff a lesson what should I do in maximum way of legal actions please give me how many types of cases I can put against the club and his staff.

1. The person is no mood to repay your money anymore and if that is so then you better lodge a complaint with Police of cheating.

2. If there is documentary proof of payment of money then your case would be much stronger and you can file a civil suit in addition.

You don't need to go to the club for demanding your money.

Issues legal notice to the person owed money to you, to refund the money to you. Give some time.

In default file money recovery suit in court.

You can also file a complaint to police if the person cheats you.

Dear Sir,

If a person lays a false case against you or makes false allegations, then under which sections of the Indian Penal Code can take action against him?

Many people in society are selfishly lodged a false case against any other person. In such a situation, the person who is lodged for the crime is living in mental anguish and he has to spend a lot of money and time. you should know that against such person you may file a fir against him under the Indian Penal Code Section 182 and Can act under 211 and convict him.

You also file recover suit in civil court against that person for recovery of your huge amount.
