IF she has taken money in the name of providing hold solution than can file FIR but first question is person should hold him/herself of being fooled.
Proof of payment is must.
I have seen few women posing as Matas or Holy God Mothers & Fooling people in decision making
I have seen few Women posing as "Matas" or HolyGodMothers & Fooling people in descision making. They take worship of those people, promise few people that they are Godly Avatars & Act as if dead people are coming in their body. They fool my mother also in taking desicions related to my career/life. Is there any way to punish these women ? Is section 420 Applicable ? Also What all proofs do I need to collect ?

Okay Thank you Sir for advise. I will find about money taking soon. But What about mental harrassment ? They have scolded me many times and told that If I am to remain in their society I should do as per their whim. I have seen those women scold other people acting as if Hindu gods and godesses have come in their body. They also tried to harass me in regards to my career and personal life, forcibly scolding to be more religious else dictating dire consequences like life in hell. Also I fear they will loot money from my mother for their false work which they call dharma karyas. Till now they have taken worship, they give japs and some pooja items to be worshipped at home from my mother. Also they have dictated that every descision my mother makes should be consulted to the gods which come in their body. Can I file case for mental harrassment ??

Yes you can file case under section 420 of IPC also the black magic Act
1. Well, the faith and belief in religious teachings and the preacher is purely an individual choice and the law of the land does not debar a person from canvassing her religious beliefs .
2. Now if her disciplines believes in her sermons and follows her path there is no breach of law.
3. I am not sure what mental harassment you have faced but if the same has come from your mother then you could do nothing.
4. A case of cheating lies only if there is an element of crime which led your mother to be defrauded in money. As long as she has been exploited with money you have no legal remedy
Why don't you lodge a police complaint against them under anti superstition laws and also for criminal intimidation?
- You should lodge your criminal complaint for cheating and breach of trust at the any/nearest police station against the said woman after mentioning the particulars of incident leading to such fraud.
- In the said complaint you should mention regarding harassment faced by you and by the general public.
- Upon your complaint , these woman will go behind the bar , and you will get appreciation from the society.
- There is no provision in law for monetary compensation against such harassment.

1. You can file a Police FIR, requesting investigation and charge-sheet, for offences like cheating, intimidation, black magic, breach of trust etc.... against the person, supported with all relevant supporting documents.
2. IF the Police does not take action, THEN you can file private criminal case u/s 156(3) Cr.P.C., in the local Magistrates court, seeking directions to the Police to investigate and file charge sheet.

It is a religious matter and there is no remedy or medicine for blind faith( Andh Bhakti) you need to make your mother understand that they are posing falsely as god and using this image to mind wash people.
If they are taking money or making false promises then you can lodge FIR complaint against them for harassment, criminal intimidation and criminal breach of trust against those people so that police can take action against them for hurting religious sentiments of people.
If you have strong evidences to prove that they are fake God women and they practice witchcraft in the name of God or holy issues then you can lodge a complaint against them with the local police and ensure that you dont compromise or give in under any pressure..
You may continue and be firm on your complaint, do not withdraw your complaint
Since you have been affected you can walk into the police station and give a complaint for this harassment and other illegal acts .
