• Can I provide PGDCA courses in my Computer coaching academy without registering with any university?

Hello sir,
I registered my computer coaching academy wih MSME, took license from local bodies under shop and commercial establishment act and also applied for a trademark. Now I know can provide short term certificate courses but can I provide PGDCA (1 year) certificate under the name of my coaching centre or still need further registration/ franchisee for a valid PGDCA course provider.

Thank you.

See such degree /certificate. can be issue only after due affiliation with the state or central university as the same shall provide it credibility.

1) Only a university can confer a degree. To pursue higher education, only a degree from a UGC-approved university is accepted. AICTE-approved private institutes are affiliated to UGC-approved universities. In case a person graduates from an AICTE approved private institute affiliated to a UGC approved university, he still gets the degree of the university

2) An institute, a polytechnic or even a university can offer a diploma course. There is no need for the institute or the university to be UGC or AICTE approve

yes you can provide the computer training in your institute without registration but in that case your certificate will not be valid and it has no value in the market so it will be good idea to get the certification done from any recognised institute and then you have to provide training and can issue the certificate will be valid and useful for the students who will get training from you

Certificate is invalid without coaching recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) or dept. of technical education of your state.

The course imparted by you may not be legally recognised as legally vlid course in academic terms or view point because you have not affiliated your instituter with any university or any other educational authority.

Getting registered with MSME or getting licence under shops and Establishment act is for running the business and not for an educational institute to impart academic education.

You may first get affiliated to any university or an educational institute or an authority empowered to recognise such educational courses imparted by your institute.
