The temple land was bought on the year of 1970. But the temple have so many properties . I want to build on the land which 1 km far away from temple.
Yes it is legal to construct the house on Temple property as a care taker of temple but it will be better if you take permission from the authorities.
You cannot buy the temple property.
If you are in possession of temple property by any reason, constructing a structure over it would attract the sore eyes of the authorities concerned and they may immediately issue a notice to you and get the same demolished.
Hence better not to venture into such activities.
