File suit seek court orders restraining your neighbour from disturbing your possession of land 

2)also seek declaration that you are absolute owner of land 

3) also file police complaint of criminal trespass against your neighbour 

File a complaint before the SDM against the neighbor and in case they use for you can also file complaint before the police. 

Seek intervention from Police if this neighbour is trying to illegally grab your land. 

Also, you can approach the Civil Court too and seek injunction against this neighbour from interfering with your peaceful possession and enjoyment of your land.

You may file criminal case against that neighbor. 

File civil suit and obtain injunction order from court agasint any trespass and interference in peaceful possession. Also file FIR for criminal intimidation, trespass, extortion and encroachment.

If you have valid title in the property then file a suit for declaration and injunction.

Seek interim injunctions as wherein the court can injunct the person from causing further disturbance in peaceful enjoyment of the property.

Lodge a  complaint of trespass in local police as well then file writ petition in high court.

It is a case of illegal trespassing of the property of other punishable under civil law. you can hire a local lawyer and get injunction orders against the person encroaching on your property . You can also sue for damages, if any.

Lodge an FIR against your neighbour for illegal trespass and criminal intimidation.

If police doesn't register the FIR send written complaint to SP

If still police take no action file criminal complaint in court.

And a suit for permanent injunction against your neighbour for restraining him to take possession of your land. 

You can file a suit in civil court. You can initiate criminal action if they again do illegality

You file a suit to declare your title to the proeprty and also an application to restrain them from interfering in your possession and enjoyment of the proeprty till the disposal of the main suit.

You can discuss with your lawyer and proceed as per the suggestions made.

1. Lodge a police complaint first against them.

2. Thereafter apply for promulgation or Order u/s144 of Cr.P.C. restraining them in entering in to your said land.

3. Keep extending the 144 order.

4. If they still capture any part of your sdaid land, file an application before 60 days of promulgation of 144 order, praying for converting it to an application u/s145 of Cr.P.C. and attempt to colle ct order for vacating them with police help.
