• Can a Registered Trust with educational activities mentioned in its dead issue training certificate?

I have a trust registered in Delhi and registered on NITI AYOG portal also. Our trust has educational objectives mentioned in its dead. Its mentioned in the dead that we can open schools, colleges, computer centers etc. we give computer coaching to students. can we issue the certification to our students or we need to obtain some other kind of registration to issue the certificate? or can we open other computer center under that trust with some other name? like if trust name is "A" and we want to promote our computer center with the name "B", can we do that? or we need to register "B" also with some affiliation body?

Certificate not valid until trust not approved/affiliated by AICTE. Certificate Issued By Institutions Incompetent To Confer 'Degrees' Cannot Be Granted Equivalence To 'Degree.

Or get approval/affiliation from state technical education dept.

Without affiliation of AICTE, no validity of such certificate and ineligible for recruitment on the basis of it.

You can open but situation is same, without approval, certificate is sham,

You can issue the certificates.

You will have to mention that B is the program of A and that A is registered trust.

you have to obtain necessary approval from state govt in which you want to run the institution and their approval and Recognisation only you can issue certificates.

you cannot issue certificates for the courses you offered and if you do so, it will be an offence and will be illegal.

Dear

For issuing certificate you need affiliation form recognised board or university under name of your trust.

And yes you can open institute by some other name and you can write that the institute is managed by XYZ trust.

Without getting your institution affiliated to any governing educational authority, yor educational institute's educational activities will not be legally recognized and any education imparted and the certificate given thereto will not be legally valid.

The trust is a registered body meant for the purposes of carrying out tasks as mentioned in the trust deed and it will not automatically confer any recognition to it towards the educational activities it is conducting.

Therefore the proposed another educational institute will also have the same status like the previous one.

You may have to get your institute affiliated to any university or educational authority recognised by government to issue certificate of studies which would carry its value.

You can open computer center but without getting it affiliated to any recognised body of the government namely AICTE  etc., any education imparted and the certificate given thereon may not be legally valid and it may not carry any value for the person completed the course through your institute until and unless it is recognised by the government recognised body.
