Whether I am eligible to get inherited property
My Grand Father inherited property given to eldest daughter she was not married ( last year expired. ) & my MOM ( I hv one elder sister & Self) The property clubbed approx 45.5 Cent . My sister took the 22.5 cent with the consent of my Valiamma. I am I eligible to get inherited property from her as per law. Please advise

If you are legal heir of the said property you will have 50 percent share in the same
See she is absolute owner she on her wish can transfer the said proeprty no claim on same can be made.
