During the lifetime of your mother you may not be able to get any share in her property.

Your sister was given your aunt's share in the property in which you cannot claim any rights.

  1. As per the information mentioned in the present query, makes it clear that the property is of the ancestral in nature.
  2. And this is also right that you have a right to claim in it, if the same has been given away without the consent of your father or even you also.
  3. But, there is only one thing which has to be considered and is that you should have been there on earth at the time of giving property to her.
  4. Even if you were in the womb of your mother that also gives as well as save your right.
