House owner cannot object to your parking of car in public road
2) house owner should park his car in his own parking slot in his society
Can I park my car on a public road with a dead end without hindering passage to other vehicles. My spouse has joined a hospital which happens to be on this road and a house owner from this vicinity is objecting to park my car here. He says he has to park his vehicles on the said road and that my vehicle is an obstruction. This is happening both during the day and also at night. I have to walk at least half a kilometer if I have to park my car at a different spot. Please advise.

no one has the right to reserve spaces in front of his or her house. However, while it is not illegal to park in front of someone else's house.
See if the place is designated as no parking vehicle cannot be parked on road, also the other person cannot claim right on public road for his place of parking.
Hi
If the place where you are parking your car is not obstructing any one, you can do so since it is common place, make sure that it does not obstruct access of others.
If the owner is obstructing for the same, he is not entitled to, as he has to park his vehicle at his place.
Talk to him and have cordial relations with him.
Good Luck
On public area, non have special rights, who comes first use it. No inherent right of local residency except obstructing his gate.
Legally both of you are not allowed to park your vehicle on the road eventually this is matter of between two persons to park their cars at the dead end of the road you need to come out with a solution with consensus otherwise it will be a police matter and both of you will not be able to park your car there
Yes you can park the car at a public road without causing obstruction to passage and if the spot is not no parking zone.
You should talk to that person about your problem he will understand and let you park at that spot
Since this is a public road neither your neighbor can claim exclusive rights to park his vehicle nor you can claim parking space as a right.
Moreover since his house is nearer, he will have privilege over it.
If no consensus arrived then you may have to look for an alternative space only because no legal action is maintainable.
