1. Do not worry as after 2 years no case of abetment of suicide will happen.
2. To show abetment of suicide some elements of tangible proofs is required. otherwise even FIR would not be registered.
3. So stop paying them money anymore and even if you do then keep proof of such payments.

In case you are getting permanent read from your in laws family you need to go to your police station and disclose the issue with police otherwise just let them go to the police to end the problem once for all you need to be afraid if you are not guilty as the girl has never lived with you and was always living with the parents they are more responsible for the suicide rather than you you can tell that they never allow her to come to live with you and you was making pressure and her family to send her to your house but our family has never allowed
She never stayed with you, no possibility of abatement to suicide neither she was ever subjected to domestic violence just before her death. No case stands against you.
Disclose all the issues to your family and file s case of blackmailing against them. Also file afor a fresh free and free investigation in the suicide case.

2. Was there any case started by the police after the sucide of your wife? If yes, then what is the status of the case?
3. You have filed petition u/s39 of Cr.P.,C. around two years back. What is the status of the said petition?
4. You shall have to enquire about the status of the said petition and act accordiingly.
If your wife's death was closed as suicidal death by police then at this belated stage the police may not entertain any complaint in this regard.
However if they approach court with a private complaint then the court may direct the police to investigate the matter and to initiate legal action against you.

After we filed petition under section 38cr p c .a copy of that file was sent to SP, from SP office they asked the local police to look into that .The local police station OIC called my father-in-law and warned him not threat me for money in future.
