Hi I'm working in MNC company from 2012. during this tenure i have been send for abroad for 3 months in 2016 to work and company made an non leaving agreement with a bond value of 6 lacks for 2 years. last year this bond period is finished and company has offered me to do EMBA executive MBA in weekends continuing the job. This is also with the non leaving agreement with the bond value of 1.62 lacks which is the fee of this course for 3 years after completion of course . also in this i have to pay 50k as fee from my end for a period of 5 years. 1k emi each month they are deducting from my salary. now this is half way i have got an good offer from other organisation. now our HR is asking to serve for 3 months in which 2 months is already completed and to pay full amount of bond value after deduction of amount which i have paid in my salary and they are not giving any guarantee of fee paid to the course to pursue it further and finish the course. Can i have some legal points to discuss with them.

if you leave the organisation you have to serve the notice period as per terms of your contract
2) you have to pay the bond money as it is the salary for course you are taking during weekends
3)take it from them in writing that they will pay for balance course fees as they are recovering the money from you as bond money
If you feel you can file deficiency of service case in consumer court
