I had an accident with a government bus in Goa. Only my car headlight is broken. The bus had a big scratch on its side. The government bus driver noted down my car number and left. Do i need to be worried? Can this lead to a court case? Im not expecting any compensation from the bus and neither do i want to pay any compensation and want to avoid courts and police stations.

it is a minor incident, where no one is injured so no need to worry if you received any summon or any notice then settle dispute amicably.
It would not lead to court case as only bus got scratched
no no one was injured in the accident
there would be no court case
Maybe he hust noted down the no. because he wanted to scare you. In case he calls and demands compensation don't listen to him as he may be blackmailing you. In case the department files a case you shall receive an official notice from the MACT.

NO, minute scratch have no consequences. Even he went to file a complain, police will ask you pay damages and matter over.
If you are afraid of the incident, then nothing prevents you from lodging a complaint against the bus and its driver about the accident.
You may discuss with a local advocate and better file a complaint with the nearest police station.
