1. See you can make an camera rental agreement and can ask your clients to sign same at time of renting and further also ask for deposit from them.

2. If it is online then you can have an online agreement which by accepting shall be deemed to be agreed upon.

3. See a draft need to be prepared with all condition you need to engage an advocate for same.

4.  At time of delivery a handing over note and endorsement with model number that so and so camera is handed over to person along with his Id proof for such time period in good working condition.

5. Yes the cheque and Id proof are sufficient along with agreement.

6. Agreement without stamp paper can be prepared and signed.

I'm willing to provide you a skeletal agreement to rent out your camera, for a fee. Such an agreement need not be registered or notarized. It just must be on a 100 rs stamp paper and executed by you and the person you are renting to. Also it must be witnessed by two witnesses... One from your side and one from the side of the person you are renting to.

I will provide you the skeletal agreement on email. You have to WhatsApp me your email. I will then let you know the fee for which I will provide it to you and my bank details. On transfer of fee to my account, the skeletal agreement will be sent to you.

You will have to get a agreement drafted by a lawyer containing all the terms and conditions when a person avails your service in return of some consideration.

A full case study is required in order to understand your case. A format should be prepared and based upon that the client will sign the contract and it can be enforced in case of any breach.

make an agreement regarding rent and terms and conditions.

If there is any damage to camera,  you can charge the amount equal to cost of the camera/cost of repairing the camera.

you can take security amount or cheque.

Prepare a draft of conditions which will use every detail like payment, wear and tear, period of hire, extra charges for delayed return etc. And take security money in advance or cheque etc.

If you are doing it as a business operating from a location, you may have to first have a shop and obtain license for doing the business for your safety.

The conditions and terms may be drafted as per the prevailing circumstances especially about the security for the camera given on rent and against the damages.

You may obtain duly signed undated blank cheque for the purpose of security.

The other terms like rental amount and timings etc may be decided and drafted accordingly in the agreement.
