Law never proscribes sunning of same business by two different people even if they are bonded by blood.

I am not sure why and how you are bothered about their business but get relaxed as both of them are running lawful trade and there is nothing to worry as eat on the account you are anxious about.

There is no legal issue in running two business of same nature by two individual in the same premises with two different pan no. and bank a/c. 

Everything is legally perfect.

You can run same business with different proprietor , separate bank accounts, separate PAN numbers , separate staff 

The proprietor been same it will be treated as one business.  If it would have been company it has different entity

you can run same business in same premises there is no issue. 

i think both of your son are adult. two adult persons run their business as per their free will. it is immaterial that both of the proprietor are your son and they are running business from same house. if they have no problem to each other, i failed to understand that what is yours.

There should be no legal infirmity in running two business by two people which may be identical or on the same subject.

What problems do you anticipate in this?

They are two separate business men running their own business, which may be identical but nothing to do with each other's business.

What is your concern about it?

Why do you think that they cannot do the identical business separately on their own names individually?
