I am willing to buy agriculture land in Maharashtra. My Father own agriculture land in UP. I have Khatauni (mutation) digitally signed and stamped by Tehsildar. In addition to this I have a last year crop details signed by patwari (village officer). I applied for Farmer Certificate to Tehsil office but denied citing that there is no provision of issuing such certificate in UP and the stamped khatauni is certificate in itself showing agriculture land ownership. I have enough proof to show agriculture land ownership in my Father's name but not having any Farmer Certificate. In this case, what should I do. How I can buy agriculture land if not having farmer certificate.

The mutation entries show that you are farmer owning agricultural land in UP
