File a police complaint that the dealer is intimidating and further harassing you and breaching the peace.

But local police are known to him why they will help me
Tenant cannot be evicted without due process . For any forceful act, can file police complaint or complaint through court. Even after expiry of agreement, you cannot be evicted without court order, if you want to stay.
when third party is threatening you , I may advice you to file a first information report regarding this in the nearest police station as soon as possible. Hope this will help you with your query regarding the same.
You can file a complaint for threatening but as per agreement you need to leave the premises after one month notice. You can stay there illegally by making thwt complaint
1. The landlord can let his prospective customers without giving any prior notice to you and too in regular interval.
2. So forget his threats and in future do not let in the customers to see your flat.
3. In alternative you can file a suit for injunction as well.
4. You can lodge complaint of criminal intimidation against him as we in your local PS.
Your agreement must be containing a clause that licensor can take inspection of flat only after prior intimation
2)just send e-mail or message that you would appreciate prior intimation before flat is shown to prospective buyers
3) no need to send legal notice
Police would not intervene in the matter as it is civil dispute
licensor can always terminate agreement with notice as per terms of agreement
A criminal complaint must be lodged with the police for criminal intimidation and fraud. If the police refuses to lodge a formal complaint then file a compalint before a magistrate. He will ordrr the police to investigate and then an fir would be lodged.

Dear sir,
Since you mentioned that the local police are known to him and will not take required action. The better action would be to serve him with a legal notice that the rigjts of the tenant are being violated by the landlord, stating that civil or criminal proceeding might be initiated against him, if he dont take the desired action.
You can contact me for consultation. If any.
Respected sir...
Just record his threat that you can produce the same wherever and whenever needed and you can sent legal notice to him regarding not to threat and not to visit the house anytime mention in your notice that if you will do this in future I will take legal action of house tresspass against him... No need to worry laws are with you... Face him with proper and positive attitude...
Thank you
No you need not to send any legal notice but you can file a civil case in the court for the harrassment and eviction during the tenancy period that you are facing the problem of harassment and you are subject to be evicted well before the completion of your tenancy period you have to file a suit under order 39 rule 1 of CPC for temporary injunction and the court will send notice to the related parties
If you feel that the owner is threatening directly or through some agent, you may either give a police complaint on this or issue a legal notice and then file a suit for injunction or even without issuing a legal notice you can file an injunction suit against the owner restraining him from evicting you forcibly from the premises other than by due process of law.
Consult a local advocate and proceed.
If you have negative answers for all answers you may not be able to achieve anything, if the local police are known to him then you may approach court with an injunction suit as suggested in my previous post.
Not a legal notice, but your should report this matter to the Police that you have been criminally intimated by this Property Dealer.
