Gd mng sir sir meri wife ne mere upar false DOWRY HARASSMENT , 125, DV ka case file kiya hai. 498a ka case as a complaint case chal raha hai . 125 ka reply maine submit kar diya hai , DV ke case ka 23 ka reply and main application ka reply bhi submit kar diya hai .sir puchna ye hai hai ki 1---? DPO ke yaha bhi kya reply submit karna hai . agar karna hai to kya wahi reply rahega jo mai DOMESTIC VIOLANCE ke case me COURT me submit kar chuka hun ya kuch aur sir . plz reply sir for further advice

Submit reply to DPO
Adopt the reply filed in complaint in DV case
1. Except in 498A case you need to file yur written objection in both the DV and 125 cases.
2. This is very essential to deny her allehations and put up a counter allegations if any . This apart you need to dsiclose your income so the court may not apply its mind based on claim of yur wife alone.
3. Once you disclose your income the monthly maintenance of your wife would not be more than 14th of your income provided she is unemployed.

जवाब में कोई भी contradiction/विरोधाभास नहीं होना चाहिए,
सभी जगह (125, DV, DPO) एक जैसे तथ्य होने चाहिए
It will be good for you to take advice from your advocate who is taking care of your case in the court this is not needed depending upon the situation in case it is required then you have to file the same reply so that your reply should not be different from the previous one
