You can file a writ petition in high court if eppo office is not taking any action on your complaint
One 22nd March 2019, raised one online partial pf withdrawal claim which showed ‘claim settled’ in my member account, however I did not receive money in my bank account. In my PF passbook, it showed an entry of this amount withdrawal. After I raised online grievance on 18th April 2019, EPFO replied ‘cheque returned from Bank to this office till date. Please submit Re-issue form along with cancelled cheque through the employer for re-credited the same.’ So, I submitted reissue form through my employer to EPFO Pune on 10th June 2019, and then the amount got credited to my bank account on 18 June 2019. However, in my PF passbook it showed second entry of withdrawal amount. At present, in my PF passbook, it is showing TWO withdrawal amounts when the fact is, I received only ONE withdrawal amount in my bank account. I raised a new grievance to EPFO on 19 June 2019 for this 2 withdrawal entries and they replied saying ‘With reference to your grievance, it is informed you that, your one settled amt returned back and it is also credited in your PF a/c’ I need to get this issue resolved so that my PF passbook reflects correct withdrawal and balance amount. Could anyone please guide me as to how I can get this issue resolved and settled from EPFO office.

You can forward your all papers to me so I could visit personally in PF office and get sorted your issue.
You have written multiple letters bit they are trying to convince you that all is ok. Rgerefore send someone preferably a lawyer who can go there sort out the things.

Please deduct the amount withdrawn from the opening balance of first withdrawal if the amount comes one and the same as it was after second entry then it has been dealt with a reverse entry in your account so take is easy and read the caption at the time of entry of second withdrawal make it clear, so read carefully.
AS per their reply, amount is refunded in your account, get the fresh entry in passbook, if still not showing, submit the photo of entry with their reply and file fresh complain.
If your query in this regard has not been properly addressed or if you are not convinced by their reoly then you may visit the PF office with a letter to get the issue clarified and sorted out in all aspects.
If the PF office staff are not cooperating properly then you may have an audience with the commissioner with your grievances and request his intervention to solve the problem. If this step also fails to yield any proper response you may issue a legal notice to the commissioner mentioning all the episodes and demand solution to the problem or else you would drag them to consumer forum for relief and compensation.
Dear Client
You should send a legal notice through a lawyer to EPFO office for making the credit in your account which they are delaying without any sufficient reason.
If with in 15 days they doesn't credit the your account you can file suit against them in court for refund of amount with interest.
