• Land identification

1.Agricultural land bearing survey no 33/1 was availed through family partion to anthoniyappa in the court through OS no 546 in 1990.
 
2.Without the approval of DC to convert to non agricultural land anthoniyappa had formed into 7 sites which was approved by basavanapura panchayat through form 10.

3. All the 7 sites were sold in 1991-1992 to 7 different clients.

4. Out of the 7 sites first party anthoniyappa had sold part of the site 1/33a to gaikwad 1/33b & 1/33c to venkatesh tamlurkar and gautham in panchayat approved khata no 18,

5. In 2001 venkatesh tamlurkar and gautham who were in position for 10 years decided to sell site no 1/33b and 1/33c (2sites) to us(P.Muthuswamy& family) and we purchased it becoming the third party and continued enjoying the possession by setting up our granite showroom in the name of sumith granites by availing loan sanctioned from IOB as well in 2002 

6. In 2004 we found out that the first party anthoniappa taking advantage of the non convertion status of the same land keeping the old RTC which was continuing in his name registered and sold to a land mafia gang TSR company propreitor Shantaraju registered in his benami name ramachandar.

7. Later Shantaraju and his associates tresspassed and interfered in our peaceful possession and damaged and vandalised our granite showroom (sumith granites)completely with rowdy elements.

8. When we decided to take the legal way to get our justice we approached the court and the honble court granted us temporary injunction in 2004 in our favor.

9.In 2005 the land mafias filed a suit against us and IA dismissed.

10. The land mafias again appealed in the higher court where the court ordered a status quo in my favour.

11.In 2011 During the status quo ramachandar registered to another land mafia by name Abbas Ali bohra who has political connections and power .

12. In 2011 we filed for an temporary injunction
Against Abbas Ali bohra and again the order was in my favour.

13. Abbas Ali bohra decided to appeal in the higher court and again his objection was dismissed.

14. Due to the continuous torture by tresspassing, harassment, attempt to murder, and non saftey for our lives by these land mafias we filed an application for police protection to our property and our possession and the court allowed the application and ordered hulimavu police to protect our possession.

15. The land mafia gang decided to move a 124 page writ petition to cancel our police protection and injunction order granted by the lower courts.
The high court writ petition was also dismissed.

17.My granites and other properties worth 50 lakhs is damaged so far.
Inspite of giving upteen complaints,CCTV evidences no action is being taken by the police.

18. The police protection order granted by the court is not executed so far by the police but in return are harrasing us to vacate our showroom & lock the gates until the land is surveyed and indentified.
