IS it a rural land or urban land ? JC will decide revision on the basis of evidence and can dismiss the revision. And when civil court has granted stay than why you are bothering. Once court will deliver order in your favor, All records will convert in your name.

See joint collector based on the merits of revision can accept or reject the revision, he has power to decide the revision petition in favour or against you.

Though the entries are fake and there is ample proof of enquiry and documents it may be decided in your favour.

Joint Collector has no jurisdiction to decide this issue.

Dear Client

The joint collector will review the Inquiry Conducted by MRO and RDO after which if found any discrepancies in the inquiries of MRO and RDO he can order further Inquiry of pass book and other documents after which he will pass appropriate order.

But if JC doens't find any discrepancy then he will reject the revision application filed by your uncle.

What joint collector can decide ion this cannot be predicted, however you may give a response by filing your counter objections to the appeal stating the facts and also the orders by the lower authorities that were given in your favor.

If you have an injunction in yor favor why do you have to worry about it.
