Hi, I would like to to know status of my LLP closure. Our CS has been pathetic in responding to our queries so we would like to know if the application to strike off my LLP has been filed or not. LLP Name: CHATURA IT SOLUTIONS LLP. RoC - Hyderabad Can some one help me in knowing the status of the closure of this? Is there any thing on MCA which will track the Closure Status or LLP Strike Off Notification. Thanks, Sai

You can get the said information by filing application in the mca having nearby jurisdiction. You can also check the strike off status on mca website

Rule 37 of LLP Rules, 2009: Where the LLP has not carried on any business or operation for a period of two years, then the Registrar shall send a notice to LLP and all his partners of his intention of striking off the name of LLP and requesting them to send their representations within a period of one month.
