If you have received summons from court then you engage the services of an advocate in the local and first make an appearance before court.

After that challenge the case on the basis of the documentary evidences and merits in your side.

Since this property was sold by the seller after having got it registered through a court of law, you need not be worried about challenging the same

See you have to contest the suit and interim stay application based on ground land was illegally registered as all the legal heirs didn't sign and court registered the plot in your favour.

POA holder cannot sell the property to himself. When you have purchased the plot ?

Sale by previous owner alone is not valid and without authority and title. Person from whom you have purchased the plot is actual owner and same is declared by court, so ownership is secure. Further present suit is barred by limitation.

Dear Client

You have to depend the case by providing the details of the case decided in your favor through court decree. And in case the the sale is set aside by court you can file the counter claim on previous owner to pay your money back with interest.

Dear Sir,

Nothing will happen since you are in physical possession of the same. File necessary objections before the Court and contest the same legally. Possession is 9 points in law.
