You first file a police complaint that she always threatens to commit suicide.  You xam also file a divorce on grounds of cruelty

1) record her abuses 

2) file police complaint against her constant threats to commit suicide 

3) file for divorce on grounds of mental cruelty 

4) wife threatening to commit suicide amounts to mental cruelty 

5) wife assaulting husband amounts to mental cruelty 

I think th hat your wife is suffering from border line personality disorder and hence if you are fed up with her file a case in the family court and divorce on grounds of cruelty and suicidal tendencies.

Regards 

1. Collect evidence of all her such threats of committing suicide given to you for not following her diktat by audio/video recording her conversations with you.

2. Thereafter lodge a police complaint against her for giving you threats of committing suicide to force you to fcomply with her diktat.

3. Finally you can file a divorce suit on the ground of cruelty since such giving threats of committing suicide to force husband to toe the line of the wife against his wish has been considered as an act of cruelty by the Apex Court.

File a police complaint against your wife and inform her parents of the same , further record her threats.

Also on ground of cruelty fule divorce against your wife.

1)  You can make NC in the police station that your wife is attempting to suicide and threatens you all the time. 

You cannot live under fear psychosis always.

You can lodge a complaint with the local police about her suicidal threats and her weird behavior and seek protection from her especially if she really commits suicide.

After this complaint you may ask her to go ahead with her plans to commit suicide instead of getting scared about her constant threats.

She may get scared if you raise against her and take strict action against her, she may come to a control after that.

If her behavior is still not under control then you may even plan to take her to a marriage counselor for advise and counselling.

You should record such instances where in she is threatening You to commit suicide and and the same can be used as a ground for grant of decree of divorce 

Physical harassment as well as suicidal threats forwarded by your wife amounts to cruelty and is a valid grounds for divorce under section 13 of Hindu Marriage act.

Firstly you can intimate the local police and inform about the same so that in future God forbid if she commits suicide you are not blamed.

- Regular Threats to Commit Suicide Amounts to Cruelty and is also a ground for Divorce.

First of all put some hidden camera with mic in the common areas of your house where she use to beat you and abuse you.
