You can change the name in pan card it will be a easy job then changing in sale deed.

1. There is not need to change your name in Pan card or in the sale deed. There is no legal complications arising out of this. In any event the name in the sale deed can not be changed anymore without registering another deed of rectification which would require presence of all parties who were there in the original sale deed.
