Hi, I have a registered active company and want to establish artificial turf sports facility on rooftop of a commercial cooperative society ltd in Navi Mumbai. How can it be done legally? what are the provisions or acts under which the society can rent out their rooftop as a facility. There are already various rooftop artificial turf projects established and running on almost all commercial malls and other commercial private rooftop properties. Can you to help me with the legal dynamics of it or how can it be done otherwise?

You can just make an agreement with the secretary of the commercial society for development of roof top and for your earning.
Get permission from muncipality and society.
NOC required from Society.
You need take permission from the corporation for the same
1) It can be created, If society want extra income by the way of renting the roof to you.
2) Society body has to pass on resolution in it and mentioned nature of business, income to society and all terms and conditions. Once this resolution is passed by 2/3 majority get this registered with registrar.
3) Than society can rent top roof for certain business and you have to take permission from Corporation for run such business as licence to run.
