  1. You need to defend yourself man, against the false complains. You need an expert counsel. I'm handling such matters quite successfully for more than a decade. So contact [deleted]. ([deleted]). I'm based in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai just like you are... So it shouldn't be any problem for you to visit my office after seeking appointment with me on phone.
  2. That girl and her parents have committed the offence of fraud. It's both an offence and a civil wrong. You have the option to either file a police complaint against them, or sue then for fraud. I'm prepared to handle this also

Try to settle the matter amicably with the help of the elders and close relatives of both families, which seems difficult, as you must have tried this,

I advise you to settle at any cost, being you a govt employee, and charges are of serious nature,

Else face the trial and FIGHT

1. It  appears that the case under Dowry prohibition Act.

2. This is not e serious offence and in most cases the allegations are not proved ,more so, if there is no documentary proof o exchange of money.

3. The proof of operation you have for that girl is a good defence.

4. If FIR is registered then take bail first which is quite easy and then face the trial would end in acquittal.

See if the FIR is register then in that case you can approach high court for quashing the FIR as it is falsely filed and you can produce the record of the her medical condition and there cheating and falsely hiding fact in marriage. The high court can stay investigation and can provide you relief.

You first take anticipatory bail if complaint is filed.  Your job will not be in trouble.  Just relax.  Later you can prove them false in court.

if you have all history of her operations and family back ground than do not worry you can tell police that you are not married  yet and can't put 498a and dv act case charges.

You have full rights to deny or accept the marriage

This is my response to you:

1. You will have to obtain anticipatory bail as precaution;

2. You must also file an FIR against her for cheating;

3. Approach a local criminal lawyer, discuss full facts and take immediate precautionary steps.

Dear Sir,

Everything is possible, Supreme Court says more than ninety percent dowry cases are fake and entire family is implicated in order to take revenge. Now police do not lodge fir directly in dowry cases and complaint is referred to District Committee, only after detail enquiry and providing opportunity to hear to both parties,if allegations are presumed to be true only then committee recommend to lodge fir. If you are innocent, definitely you will get desired relief. Engage a very good lawyer and get out from that fake cases.

Have your taken AB against the FIR registered on you, if any ?

If not, first obtain anticipatory bail and then challenge her false case properly in the trial proceedings, or you may wait for the charge sheet to be submitted by the police after which you can file a quash petition to quash the case on the basis of the documentary evidences in yor support about her physical health condition.

In the meantime you may secure the evidences in order to challenge her false case properly in the court
