Dear sir

If accused are aquitted from the charges by trail court then there can not be enforcement against them as they are already aquitted from the case.  And they should be discharged if no appeal will be filed in session court.

When there is no recovery of anything from them then there is no question of declaring them as guilty in the offences.

Just because someone has said something about someone else, doesn’t mean the other person becomes the culprit and should be liable for punishment.
