A bank' s advocate had stated that Dindori is not a notified centre for equitable Martgage! Please make it clear as to the best of my knowledge,all the taluka places are notified for equitable Martgage

If the bank is ready to mortgage the said property and assign your equitable mortgage facility then the same is notified centre. Consult the said bank for the same.
