See you can get the document translated from the local translator available in high court or in district court and then get same notarized from a notary the translated document to approve translation.

No need to translated documents from hindi to english for withdrawal of PF.

You have fill online form and get UAN number and select all details according to you bank details and PF account details. Withdraw the PF online directly.

Here, it would be relevant to mention that EPF organisation has made the allotment of UAN i.e. the Universal Account Number compulsory for all the employees covered under the PF Act. UAN would be linked to the employee’s EPF account. The UAN remains portable throughout the lifetime of an employee and there is no need to apply for EPF transfer at the time of changing jobs.

You may not need a advocate help in translating but you may approach legal translator writers.

To withdrawal your money from your PF account you have to fill the forms. You can download it from internet too.

FORM NO. – 19 (PF FINAL SETTLEMENT)

After filling these form you have to get your employer's/ company's official stamp and authorised person signature, then you can submit it directly to your regional EPFO office and get your acknowledgement receipt and you will be informed by SMS what is your status. Normally it will take 40–50 days to credit it in your account.

Other documents that you have to attach with these form is

1 - Your bank passbook photo copy.

2 -One govt. ID proof (Aadhar Card will be best option).

3 - Pan Card photo copy.

You can contact to any translator who is certified translate any other language in English and you have to provide the copy of the  certified document to the translator and he will translate and verify the document authenticity based on the original document and provide you for necessary use.

Withdrawal of PF nowadays it is not so difficult but in case you are in continuous service you have to move your application through your employer

You can get the translation done by any official translator in any court in your city. After getting the translation then you will have to get the documents notarized.

Original documents would not be required for translation or for withdrawing your provident fund amount.

Please request the bank to provide you with copies of the documents required, get them duly translated with the help of a local lawyer or a document writer, get the translated documents attested by a Notary Public and then submit them to your employer.

If that is what is the requirement, then you may approach any local advocate and get the document translated in English language with due certification.

Since you are applying for PF withdrawal, there is no legal infirmity in it.
