File an objection with the Revenue office on his mutation entery on property along with you documents.
Further if he already sold the property file a criminal cococplaint against the said person and also file a suit.for cancellation of sale.
Agricultural property got sold only with pattadar pass book
I had agricultural property with all linked documents and old pattadar pass book but that property was not registered on my name, i had Rs 100 Stamp paper on which ownership is transfered on my name. As i forgot to register property on my name, the culprit got the new pattadar pass book after state bifurcation of telangana state and made a sale of that property on only by new pattadar pass book. On Online name is changed on passbook, but the culprit not received the passbook as one month is not yet over. So how to stop the pattadar passbook and cancel the sale and change in name of passbook? What more can be done?

1) The Mandal Revenue Officer,has to verify the facts of the case and conductenquiry as contemplated in Rule 6 of the AP Rights in Land & Pattadar Pass books Rules, 1989, then only issue pattadar pass book and title deeds in favour of the purchaser
2) It is well settled that Revisional power is wider enough and is meant to be exercised to set right glaring illegalities or orders passed in violation of the provisions of the Act or misuse or abuse of power by the lower authorities or to prevent miscarriage of justice and the Joint Collector could exercise revisional jurisdiction which enabled him to call for and examine any record of rights prepared or maintained under Section 3 or any order passed or proceedings taken by any recording authority or an appellate authority to satisfy himself as to the regularity of such record, or order or proceeding or the correctness, legality or propriety of any decision taken or order made therein and had powers to pass orders amending, modifying, annulling, reversing or remitting the matter for reconsideration.
3) in case MRO issues passbook in favour of purchaser you can challenge said order in revision before joint collector
File a civil suit for cancellation of pattadaar passbook and also apply for injunction order. further clarification consult local lawyer.
You need to file a suit for cancellation of the sale deed before civil court. You can also file FIR for cheating at police station

You are suggested to file complaint against that person for doing fraud on you and also approach concerned authorities for the adequate relief.
Under whose possession is the property now?
Whether you had been paying the taxes for the property after purchase and the change of pattadar passbook to your name?
If you possess the property and the patta is in your name, you may first give an objection to the revenue department against his application for change of patta to his name.
Then you file a suit for specific performance of contract seeking direction to execute the registered sale deed in your favor.
Or you can file a declaratory suit to declare your title based on the documents in your possession.
