• Breach of Trust and Threat

Hi...I was in relationship with a girl from different caste but of a same religion, we were very much in love and were ready to get married, but our family was not agree with this. So, i and the girl decided that we will take the Legal route, however, the girl father threatened her of suicide step, and i had no choice but to trust the girl (the girl promised me that she will get divorced after the marriage as this will fulfill her family wish and afterwards she will not be answerable to them anymore). We had planned everything accordingly, but due to sudden change in the mindset of the girl, she started humiliating me and ignoring on Whatsapp/call/SMS, its very painful to live like this.
The Elder sister of the Girl also threatened her before the marriage that "she will make me disappear, and no body will even find my bones", i also have an audio of this conversation with me.

We were in a long distance relationship for 9 years, we were more than just GF-BF, we were committed for a lifetime, i was too emotional when it comes to her....but the sudden change of attitude in the last 10 days had made me worry and sick. I want explanation from each of them and i want to teach them a lesson for making me suffer like this psychology.
Plz reply your response that whether we can succeed in doing anything or not.

See to be very clear with you no steps against the girl can be taken for marrying some other person since you both were not married. So a case of intimidation and threat against the elder sister of the girl who intimidated you can be filed. So pick yourself up and move ahead.

Just not that all this have no legal value in case anything happens when a girl gets divorce then only you can think about her otherwise the chapter is closed

1. If a girl after 9 years can change her heart for you then do not run after her. It is good that you have come across this bitter truth before marriage .

2. Before marriage one can break the promise of marriage at any point of time. Now if on the basis of the promise if she has extracted money from you then you can file a case for cheating.

3. Had you been a woman then you could have filed a case of rape for making sex, if occurred, on false promise of marriage.

1. IN "love & emotions", you get carried away.
2. By doing anything to your Love's sister, you will be creating "hatred" in your GF. (avoid this and retain the sweet memories of your love). No point in thinking of revenge or anything else. Do not get entangled in Legal disputes. It will destroy you.
3. Some Girls are just simply of "nuisance category" and the Boys cannot handle such false or untrue love & promises of their GF.
4. Think that your GF was not meant for you and move ahead to find another GF.

It is better you move on.you can't go legally against her. You can try breach of trust but it is very difficult to prove in court.

sorry to to learn your break up in such manner. now its era of freedom of thoughts and era of equality so its not as easy to fix anybody as you think, but things can be legally to compensate the incurred injury by suitable damages.

Sir

You have life ahead .If the girl is ignoring voluntarily forget her and move ahead in life.

Revenge often leads to commitment of crime, and as a lawyer I have a responsibility towards society to create minimum instances of law breaking or commitment of crime.

LEGALLY YOU CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS.

IF SHE HAS CHANGED HER MIND AND DECIDED TO MOVE ON AS PER HER PARENTS' DECISION, YOU CANNOT DO ANYTHING TO BRING HER BACK TO LOVE YOU OR TO JOIN YOU IN A MARITAL LIFE.

IF SHE MAKES A COMPLAINT ABOUT SEXUAL TORTURES AND HARASSMENT, YOU WILL BE BOOKED AND SENT INSIDE THE JAIL.

IN MY OPINION, YOU MAY JUST FORGET HER, IGNORE THE DEVELOPMENTS AND MOVE ON IN OUR LIFE WITH A NEW LIFE PARTNER BECAUSE THERE IS NON LEGAL SOLUTION FOR SUCH THINGS.

For the threatening calls of her sister you may lodge a criminal complaint against her but the so called promises made by your girl friend are not enforceable in law, so better understand the practical situation and ignore her.

The marriage was not solemnized between you and the girl and the girl married another boy. Her marriage is legal if this is the case. You can talk to the husband directly and tell him the situation and demand an explanation from her in front of the husband.

In case the family members threaten you you can lodge an FIR.
